[00:00:00] You’ve probably heard me talking about the, fact that I believe, and a lot of people believe, that the future of AI is going to be these AI agents that you can train to do, everyday tasks for you.

[00:00:11] Just, like, basic kind of tasks. And, of course, You know, it’s going to start basic, I believe, but then it’s going to be, like, super sophisticated. These agents go around and basically you tell it what you want it to do, but they’re self learning. So they can teach themselves, based on your user history in ChatGPT or whatever AI you’re using and instructions that you give it.

[00:00:30] It is self learning, now it’s reasoning. It’s the reasoning model of ChatGPT, test version right now. it can learn from what you’ve already done. Some of you might know a chat to PT. It has a memory already. So my chat to PT knows me, like I could ask it questions like, Hey, summarize my personality or something like that.

[00:00:47] And it can already do that. But anyway, open AI released operator, which right now is only available on the. pro level, which is the 200 a month level, they’re calling it the research level basically for pro members. The 200 tier every month, which I know I need to upgrade to because I’m obsessed with And I probably need to go over there and do it, but I haven’t said it yet, but I watched a ton of videos on YouTube and just, like, look up OpenAI, subscribe to OpenAI, you’ll see where they’ve got a bunch of videos on Operator already.

[00:01:21] Basically operator on this level You could go in and you could start giving chat GPT Tasks for you to do and With it you can also use the task feature so you can start to schedule You can set tasks inside of operator to do these things for you, you know, whatever you want it to do it.

[00:01:39] So it’s like, every Thursday, I always want to order DoorDash for the office from, Chipotle. Here’s everybody’s orders what they usually like. You could use the voice to text. You don’t have to type all this out and have it all in there for a task. And you say every Thursday at 1130 Eastern or whatever, I want you to go out and order DoorDash.

[00:01:59] Here’s everybody’s orders. And this thing does it. It takes control over your computer, which I know is frightening to think about, but it takes control and it’ll go and initiate the website. It’ll open up DoorDash. It’ll go around. It’ll find the order form on its own. It’ll put in all the information to order and order your lunch for you.

[00:02:18] And, you know, a lot of people are like, I don’t want to give them my information, but if you already have like an Instacart set up, or DoorDash, or Airbnb, you’ve already got your information stored on your browser anyway, so all it’s really doing is it’s connecting ChatGPT and these automated things that it can do to these places that you already have accounts set up with, so it’s not like you’re giving credit card information to ChatGPT and say, just, hey, go use my credit card and do this.

[00:02:44] Which sounds kind of scary, but that’s how it works right now. So I mean, it’s incredible to me. It’s really interesting. It’s sort of basic right now, but just imagine the advancements that’s going to come in the future. One of the use cases I saw somebody do, you guys probably know, if you’ve been listening for a while, that I’m also known as the traveling, like the bane of our existence is finding the perfect Airbnb for our next day.

[00:03:05] And we move almost, weekly, every two weeks, we move to a different location almost. Right now we’ve been in the same place for about a month just because it’s like cold everywhere and we’re just kind of like hunkering down, but I watched a operator video, somebody showing how they put in the parameters and he was like, buy me an Airbnb in Portugal near the ocean.

[00:03:24] And he just let it go. He just put that command in and went and found it and all this stuff. He was chatting. He was like, I found the perfect location. Look good for you. And he kind of like glanced at it real quick. He was like, perfect. And he said, book it. And it, went and booked the Airbnb for him and did the whole thing.

[00:03:40] So the idea is it’s going to get more advanced. it’s going to know your preferences. It’s going to know that we always want, a two bedroom Airbnb. We want to make sure it’s near the ocean, within how, many miles from where we’re staying. We want to make sure it’s in this price range. So like it can do the filters on websites.

[00:03:56] It can select lettuce, tomato, sauce, no sauce, meat, gluten free, not gluten free. I would never trust it for that because I have celiac disease, but these are the things you can do with this thing, which is just totally incredible to me. So I, was like, okay, I need a list. I’ll need an idea of like everything it can already do.

[00:04:15] So there are official partners with open AI and From my research, it’s eBay, Amazon, Etsy DoorDash, Uber Eats OpenTable, like, official partners, they have got the, ChatGPT on their website, so it knows that ChatGPT is connecting, and if you were an early adopter of ChatGPT, you might remember plugins, they got rid of them, but plugins were the same thing, almost, it was like I used it for, Instacart, you could connect you can have it make up a grocery list for you and tell it to just connect to instacart and go put it into the checkout cart.

[00:04:50] Now, it didn’t go that extra step. Basically, we’re like confirmed it and it was like, here’s the list and let me just go ahead and execute the order and have the groceries delivered. But OpenAI is in partners with those ones I mentioned, but all the other things, you can basically tell it to search any website that you use on a regular basis.

[00:05:07] So, Airbnb is, you can use it to book flights and hotels. I know it sounds scary, but you can really use it for this stuff. Rental cars, reservations at a table, event tickets like StubHub, Order groceries via Instacart. I think Instacart is a partner actually, I missed that. Yeah, Instacart is.

[00:05:24] Amazon, Etsy. You know, imagine being able to do this just like with Amazon, it’s like, hey, I need a, blue staple or whatever. Can you go find the best one and then just order it for me? Like, it does this already. Business and productivity. So you could use it like in our situations.

[00:05:40] I have not seen anybody do this, but I know these are use cases. So filing expense reports. If you have software that you use like QuickBooks, you could use it to fill out online forums. I saw somebody have their taxes filed. For them, of course, you’d want to double check this before you hit submit, but it was like, Hey, I want you to go to TurboTax.

[00:05:58] you know, search my computer for the 1099s or whatever you need. Go over there and file my taxes for me. It can literally do this already. Manage your calendar, book meetings, research and summarize information, pay bills online, track spending and budgeting, apply for loans or credit cards. I don’t know how I feel about some of these, but.

[00:06:19] This is just the beginning of like what’s gonna come and eventually for all of us I feel like this is gonna be mainstream like we don’t even have to do this stuff anymore because we’ve programmed our secure systems To do all this for us and you just kind of like say it out loud like hey Oh, yeah I need to file my taxes and it’s done for you because it already knows how to connect all this stuff and it’s smart and it Knows how to do it. It knows how to look for deductions all of that

[00:06:44] Entertainment and leisure. So find out where a movie is playing like and it’s going to give you that information. Building playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, Health and Wellness, schedule doctor’s appointments, get your prescriptions refilled, like Walgreens or CVS, you know, you just like say, hey, can you just go get that refill? And it can just automatically go do the stuff for you.

[00:07:09] Miscellaneous stuff that I was thinking of, so search for jobs. on LinkedIn, or Indeed, sign up for subscriptions for things set up utilities when you’re moving, that kind of thing. All of this stuff can be done with Operator now, today. And I’m not saying it’s extremely accurate, because it’s probably not, but, I mean, I imagine where it’s going to be a year from now.

[00:07:32] I’m meeting with a friend of mine and he was like, what is the future of these AI agents? And I was like, you know, I feel like it is the future like we’re not even and I was talking to my friend Brittany Long women’s systems too about this.

[00:07:44] It’s not going to be long before a lot of these kind of not menial but like Jobs that robots can do in a lot of situations are going to be taking over other people’s jobs and like what are we going to do that like part of it’s super concerning the other part of it’s super exciting because it’s going to save us so much time and energy to not have to think about this stuff in the future.

[00:08:04] I probably am going to upgrade to the 200 level just to be able to play with that and stay like up on all the advancements and all of that. But I did hear that it’s going to be rolling out to Just like the 20. Plus membership that people have a chat GPT now There are some other ones already out there and I watch some videos about those too But none of them were actually like predictable and doing a good job.

[00:08:27] So OpenAI’s Operator is obviously best one, in my opinion. Then Google’s Gemini 2 has got an advanced model capable of generating audio images designed to handle a wide range of tasks across various applications. AutoGPT, Juna. ai, these are some other ones that people are just already using as agents in different types of business settings.

[00:08:51] Okay. So, Let’s see. Tezi, TEZI, and AI agent designed to assist hiring managers by automating the recruiting process. So recruiters, you know, that’s a big industry right now. This Tezi is doing that for people. Amazon’s queue business is like Asana or Trello or Clickup or one of those. It’s integrating a lot of AI and doing some of these automated tasks already with their ai.

[00:09:15] Cynthia generates synthetic videos often used by corporations for communication, orientation, and training purposes. So, if you’ve got like an HR person that’s in charge of the training, you just train one of these agents to train based on what you want them to learn about instead of having people doing these live trainings, that sort of thing. There’s so many use cases for this stuff. It’s pretty unbelievable.

[00:09:37] There’s something called Zen Call ai, where it’s an ai driven calling agent that automates phone-based interactions for businesses handling customer inquiries and appointment scheduling.

[00:09:48] It uses chat GBT in the background, and it has a conversation with whoever’s calling, so, you know, receptionists, that sort of thing. obviously they’re not super advanced, but they are products out there and people are using them. I get that question all the time. It’s like, gosh, I’m a solo practitioner.

[00:10:03] I don’t have a group practice, I don’t have an admin staff or a va. How do I handle these calls? I don’t have time to like talk to all these people and find out if they’re a good fit, that sort of thing. Things like this are gonna be the future in my opinion. Zen Call ai, there’s a bunch of them like that that I’ve already seen out there.

[00:10:18] There’s a ton of them. Of course, I haven’t tried these, but I just want to give you guys the information to let you know where all this stuff is going. The AI agents are just, they are the future.

[00:10:27] Another one. Talkforce AI. AI voice agent for therapists that automate scheduling, calling, communications, and support.

[00:10:34] You can even clone your voice now. I have talked about that before on this podcast. And I don’t even remember what numbers, but the earlier podcast, I think it was like 10 through 14 or whatever they were totally AI generated with 11 labs where I cloned my voice and it sounds just like me like you can’t even tell it’s not me talking and now you can put them to avatars pictures of yourself that are like kind of talking heads that move a little bit and they sound just like you you generate the script and chat to PT you take it you put it over there and you have these AI powered things but these agents are going to be able to do that for you so it’s like hey agent I gotta try this with operator when I upgrade, I’m just thinking out loud.

[00:11:11] Hey agent. I want you to create a podcast episode about using AI agents in private practice and create it. And then I want you to take it over to Cynthia. Or Cynthia, I’m not saying the right, I want you to take it over there. I want you to put the script in. I want you to choose my avatar and I want you to set it up as a presentation.

[00:11:30] It’s going to be able to do that whole thing for you. And then you just go through and check or have your VA check and make sure it’s correct. And then you’re done with it, I could go on and on about this stuff. It’s just super interesting to me. I’d love to hear what you think if you listen to this episode, if you’re using it in the AI agents, and of course, if you’re using that higher level of operator, what have you used it for? I want to hear.

[00:11:50] I heard a couple other people talking about using it for ordering food and groceries and that it worked really well. So if you guys try it, let me know
