[00:00:00] I am so excited you guys. I wanna tell you everything, last week I was telling you we have a new amazing product feature coming out in berries this week. It’s release. It doesn’t have a name yet.

[00:00:11] It’s an AI assistant inside of Barry’s that basically interacts with you inside of the client chart. So this AI assistant has access to the progress notes, the intake note, the last treatment plan inside of the chart with varies.

[00:00:30] And I am just so blown away by this. This thing is like having a clinical consultant. Basically another therapist, whatever you wanna call it, a supervisor. I don’t know what you wanna call it. ’cause I, I hate to give AI like a supervisor status. But basically in your brain, in your sessions, in your progress notes, in your treatment plan, it’s basically working with you as like

[00:00:53] An AI co assistant that’s inside of your client’s journey, basically. So it’s a chat bot essentially, like Chatt PT, it’s HIPAA compliant. You go in and you type into this thing and it’s, taking your prompts, it’s also taking information from the progress notes, the treatment plan, the intake, and all of that, and it’s taking a cumulative assessment.

[00:01:17] Of what’s happening with this client so you can interact with this AI GPT assistant and say, anything you want to really, you could ask it for clinical advice about the progress that the client’s making. I’ve got all these prompts I came up with that you can use it with. So I just wanna tell you a few.

[00:01:34] And if you want a download of these prompts, let me know. Reach out to me. Send me an email at info@kimtolson.com. I’ll send you these prompts to go with the Barry’s assistant. I hope to, to have maybe a live workshop or we can go through these together to see all the possibilities with this assistant.

[00:01:52] Some of the prompts I came up with are, again, keep in mind you’re sitting in the client chart with this chat bot, HIPAA compliant chat bot. That’s super smart. It’s trained on how to be a clinician essentially.

[00:02:04] It’s super smart. it knows all the clinical interventions. It knows, what a progress note is, what a treatment plan is, what the golden threat is like. It is totally trained on all of this. So, you’re in there interacting and this thing is just right there with you, like just giving you feedback along the way.

[00:02:20] So you’re basically doing a case conceptualization based on the information you already have. And then of course, our own clinical brains. Of course, we’re not just gonna go with what the AI says. It’s working alongside us to help give us strategies and information about how to best help our clients in a super efficient way.

[00:02:38] So if you guys are already Barry’s members, go try this. It’s going to blow your mind. It’s like next level clinical assistant. I’ve not seen this anywhere in a HIPAA compliant environment, and it’s literally pulling from your own client data. So it, it’s just unbelievable. I can’t even express how excited I am about it really.

[00:02:56] So some of the prompts. I thought of while I was playing around in this thing, just typing this in with all of that information up, what interventions align with this client’s presenting problem? And their treatment plan, like literally it’s gonna go pull the presenting problem, it’s gonna pull the treatment plan, it’s gonna say, you know what, I think the best interventions for this are probably this, this, this, and this.

[00:03:16] What do you think Kim? And it’s gonna, interact with you back. And I’ll say, you know what? I know that CB T’s not gonna work for this client because they’re way too, out there, they’re way too woo to be like following some CBT protocol. Give me some outside of the box strategies and you’re interacting with this thing as you’re like doing this case conceptualization or trying to figure out the best way to help your client.

[00:03:38] So that’s one idea. and going along with that, offer three Outta the Box interventions for a client with burnout and anxiety. Right. And it, and when you say client, you could say this client, because it’s literally gonna make it completely specific to that client, where if you’re just using Chatsy, bt, or some other chat bot, it’s not pulling on clinical data.

[00:03:57] you know, it’s just like generalized because we can’t put PHI into Chad CBT. We can’t put all of that like really specific clinical information to get these like details like you can with this. So that’s another thing I love about it. It’s like it’s very specific to that particular client.

[00:04:14] Another prompt I thought of, what modality could I try if CBT hasn’t been effective with this client? Right. I’ve tried EMDR with this client. They’re not moving at all. What do you suggest it’s going to say something like, oh, have you tried an EMDR interweave to help with this, this, and this? You could say, no, I haven’t thought of that. This person loves water. What’s a good EMDR interweave that I can use to help them push past where they’re stuck in their EMDR protocol? It’s gonna give you literal ideas based on what you just said to the bot.

[00:04:45] Another thing, golden thread. Do the goals in this treatment plan connect to the intervention used in this last note. So, as you guys might know, with clinical documentation, we’re always following that golden thread, right?

[00:04:55] So we want The assessment, the diagnosis, the treatment plan, the notes, it’s all gotta tie into that golden thread of documentation. So keeping that in mind, it knows what the golden thread is. So you could say things to it like, do the goals in this treatment plan, connect to the interventions used in this last note.

[00:05:11] You could say, identify any gaps between my note and my treatment plan that would not. Fulfill a golden thread in case of an insurance audit. Like this thing knows what that is and it’s gonna give you really good feedback to help you make sure everything’s correct. Another thing like around the case conceptualization that I thought of, can you summarize this?

[00:05:29] Client’s presenting problems, history and progress so far in, in fact, they’ve got like a hot quick button inside of berries that almost says the exact same thing. So you just click that and it already does it based on the notes, the treatment plan and the intake assessment.

[00:05:43] There is another quick button inside that is something like write a homework assignment for this client. So it’s gonna base it on this specific client. It’s gonna say, oh, this client had this going on, this going on, and this going on.

[00:05:55] So while we’re working on assertiveness, it would probably be important for this homework assignment to be on assertiveness, but. Specific to this particular thing that this client’s working on right now, and then it’s gonna write a homework assignment for you.

[00:06:07] Blind spots. Blind spots, and new angles, right? Because, none of us are perfect, right? And especially if you’ve been in private practice for a long time. Most of us aren’t consulting on cases as much anymore. Now, there might be exceptions out there, but I think that’s a general rule. You kind of get into your own groove, right? You kind of have your particular clinical modalities that you use.

[00:06:27] That you, maybe get stuck in or that you tend to use with everybody ’cause you’ve just been doing it for so long. You can actually interact with this thing and help you see your own blind spots, your own clinical blind spots, new angles, help you see new ways to look at this stuff. So you could say something like that.

[00:06:42] Are there any diagnostic considerations I might be overlooking? Right? It’s gonna look at the diagnosis that’s already in there. It’s gonna look at your notes. It’s gonna say, you know what, you might not have considered bipolar one or whatever. You could say what themes might have been missing in this client’s narrative. That’s another prompt.

[00:06:59] You could say something like, offer a second opinion on the direction of this treatment plan. It’s gonna go look at the treatment plan. It’s gonna say, well, you’ve got some really good goals and objectives on there, but maybe you might wanna consider this instead.

[00:07:09] It’s unbelievable, you guys. I’ve tried all these prompts in there. It’s going to blow your mind. The only thing about it is, you have to have some client history in there, a couple notes or something. So there is a setting in various that you can either tell it to delete your notes after 30 days or keep all the client records within their own little client chart inside of Berry.

[00:07:27] So if you’ve got it like a. record that you’re keeping, you’ve got that button toggled off, then you’re gonna have access to a lot of data for this AI to go and analyze for you. It’s unbelievable. I’m just really excited about it. I wish I could just sit with all of you and watch you do it for the first time because what I did, I was like this is next level clinical assistant.

[00:07:47] And also it’s the efficiency the. Effectiveness that’s gonna have on clinician burnout. How many times have you been laying in bed at night and thinking about that one client during the day and thinking, could I have done something differently with that? Should I have maybe done this instead?

[00:08:03] Should I try this different intervention? You could literally pop into Barry’s and talk to the chat bot, like your own brain. You know, if you’re laying in bed at night, questioning stuff, go try to question it with the chat bot and see what comes up. Okay. it’s a really good way to like, just kind of vent to process to get new ideas and just not have to, worry about it as much, you know?

[00:08:23] And I don’t know how else to say that except for that like. Thing all clinicians do, unless you have like super good boundaries. I don’t have the best boundaries, especially with clients over my lifetime. You know, I worry about them when I’m not with them. I think about, how can I help them more?

[00:08:37] Or, maybe I should have, been more effective this way. Maybe I should bring the husband in, but I’m not a couples therapist. You, all of this stuff comes up for me, and I’m sure it does for a lot of you. So you can use this thing to bounce these things off of, and it lightens our clinical emotional load just being able to do that.

[00:08:56] Now, some of you might think this is insane. I would never do that. I would never consult with an AI bot about my clinical expertise or the way I’m handling a case. But I encourage you, especially if you’re already in Barry’s, and if you’re not, you can go try it for 20 free sessions. You don’t even have to put a credit card in.

[00:09:13] You could even make up. Fake clients just dictate some fake clinical into it to get a client chart going and just play with it and see what you come up with. It’s unbelievable. I feel like this is transforming the world of what it is to be a therapist, making us way more efficient and feel more effective at our jobs. Really. So I’m excited about it if you can’t tell,

[00:09:33] It’s just unbelievable to me. And we’ve got more coming. This is just the beginning. We’re just testing this out. I am thrilled beyond belief to bring this to you guys.

[00:09:43] I’m thrilled to be part of the Barry’s team creating this stuff. I remember we had this idea in a meeting like six months ago. I was like, we need an AI bot inside that can do clinical consultations based on the documentation in our clinical brain. And now it’s actually a thing. So to see it come alive is truly amazing.

[00:10:02] And also all of you that have become Barry’s members and love it as much as I do. I see you posting all over Facebook, sharing how much you love Barry’s, and it just, it warms my heart that I can be a part of this and that Barry’s can bring this to you and make your life so much easier because that’s really what it’s doing.

[00:10:18] It’s making our lives a lot easier. So I’m super excited about it. Check out the link down below. Let me know what you think and I’m excited you guys, alright, have a great rest of the week and I will talk to you later. Bye-bye.
