[00:01:07] Hey everybody. Happy New Year. Happy 2026. Oh, there’s so much to talk about today on this episode. First and foremost, Berries has released a new treatment plan. Berries has essentially released this amazing AI updated treatment plan where it now. Pulls on the golden thread. So basically you have your progress note, maybe your assessment.

[00:01:36] Let’s say you’re starting with a new client. You’ve got your assessment. You’ve got your progress note after that, maybe seen for the first session. After your assessment, you create a treatment plan, right? That’s what we’re all supposed to do. Sometimes we don’t do that, but with berries, you just go in, you create the treatment plan, and it generates an amazing treatment plan based on that initial assessment.

[00:01:54] Then you have it as sort of a living document. Now inside of Berries. So let’s say you have your next session, like your first session after the assessment. And gosh, they’ve already completed the first goal that you put on the treatment plan from the assessment after you talked and during that meeting.

[00:02:11] And then you realize it, right? Or you don’t even actually have to realize it now. You just hit the button, the treatment plan button, and it will go, it’ll pull on the old treatment plan, the assessment. The progress note that you just did, and it’s going to evaluate for you like, gosh, has this client made progress based on.

[00:02:30] You know, the clinical information that that was, that we talked about in this progress note that we just did, and if so, do we need to update the treatment plan And it’s going to generate a new version of the treatment plan based on the progress the client has made since the last time that you updated the treatment plan.

[00:02:46] So it will then it. Create this, it’ll pull it up and you can go and look at it. And if it’s correct and accurate and you like what it says, it’s like, yes, let’s update the treatment plan. You click a button, it’s updated the whole thing for you. It’ll even take away things that they’ve accomplished, take it outta the treatment plan.

[00:03:03] And of course it’s gonna be following the golden thread. So you’ve got your diagnosis, you’ve got your assessment, you’ve got your progress notes that you’ve done, you’ve got your first treatment plan, and now you’ve got a new treatment plan. So you’re actually showing progress across. Many different aspects of the client journey inside of your documentation.

[00:03:21] And that’s of course what you know, the insurance companies are always looking for. So being able to go edit that, see a new output, and then be able to just say, yeah, the progress and it’s updated, it’s that easy. So super excited about that and I could go on and on about it. And another announcement around this is that we are starting a new monthly, we’re calling it Berries Bites, like a, a live session with me hosting. And Jolene, she’s our community manager, but she’s also like an AI tech person. She knows everything about Berries Jolene’s gonna be walking through any of the new product updates, any questions that people might have that are using Berries.

[00:04:01] And we’re gonna host this live every single month. So the next one is coming up on the 14th of January at noon Eastern. I’ll be there hosting and kind of like giving my clinical perspective around all the new features that we have. And Jolene’s gonna be doing the tech and kind of walking you through how to do all this stuff.

[00:04:17] So you’ll be able to see the new treatment plan in action, which is just amazing to me. To be able to show you guys this, it, it just like be in this world that we’re living in right now where we can. Have AI write our treatment plans for us. Of course, we still need human oversight, right? We still need to be able to go back and look at it and make sure it’s right and all that.

[00:04:36] You don’t want it to just do the whole thing for you, but to have it done, like treatment plan goals and objectives that meet medical necessity and that are specific to the client and have time centered specific goals, like smart goals inside of the treatment plan built out for you. And then to have it follow the golden thread where it’s always checking and like.

[00:04:56] Complimenting the diagnosis and the initial assessment, and the last treatment plan, and the last progress notes. It’s amazing. This piece of technology is amazing. You guys are going to be obsessed. The only problem is you’re gonna have to update your treatment plan and then of course, share with the client.

[00:05:11] Get signatures through your CEHR and all that stuff, right? But beside the point, this is so cool. So I’m really excited to share it and I hope you guys will also come on January 14th. And if you can’t come, that’s fine. ’cause we’re gonna do one every month and we’ll be there live to answer questions and that sort of thing.

[00:05:28] So I hope to see you there. I hope you’ll try the treatment plan. I’m super excited about it. So anyway, that’s my little. Berries spiel for today, and , I know I’ve told you guys this before, but we are launching berries into a full EHR, so it’ll have that you know, treatment plan, signature capacity.

[00:05:46] It’s gonna have so many AI five features. I just can’t even. I can’t even really get into all the details yet because there’s so much, I’ve been part of the product development team, of course, and we’ve been talking about, well, can we have it do this? Can we have it do this? I’m like the dreamer, right?

[00:06:01] So I’m like the one that comes in and says, Hey, I’m the clinician. This is what we’d love to see inside of this. Can you make it do this? And of course the team is like, yes, we can. Of course. So I’m like, oh my gosh. So there’s like a thousand features. And of course once it all launches, I’m gonna be telling you guys all about it.
