[00:00:00] Hey everybody. Hope you’re having a great week. I’m just popping in here to talk about some AI stuff. So the big AI thing that came out this week is Sora two.

[00:00:11] You guys haven’t played with it yet. Let me know if you need some tips or tricks. ’cause I’ve been playing with it a little bit. It’s basically, you can go into Sora and it’s Sora too. You go to the app store, you can download it. I’ve also got some codes that I can give you guys. I’ve got like six codes I can share if you want to, I think give you more credits.

[00:00:30] So if you’re watching this and you’d like the codes, let me know. But anyway, you go into Sora, download the app and basically there’s a place in there where you can do something called a cameo, and then you hit the cameo button and it has you like read numbers. So it’s like 23, 26, 87 or something across the screen.

[00:00:47] You read the numbers and, it tells you like to turn your head to the right, turn your head to the left, turn your head up and down and that sort of thing, and then that’s it. So it takes a video of you basically make sure you look presentable. ’cause the first one I did, I just was like a total mess.

[00:00:59] My hair was just in a bun, it just didn’t look great. My outfit it was like my pajamas or something, I was just messing around with it. But it basically takes whatever you’re wearing, however your hair looks, makeup, that sort of thing, and uses it for the video. So then it’s got like your prototype and then you just type in a prompt and I will drop videos, under this video, I’ll drop my like prototypes that I’ve done and it does like ten second videos at a time.

[00:01:27] So I was playing around with it and I was like, could I make B rolls for this, and if you guys don’t know what B rolls are, basically like if you’re doing social media at all, like the thing is you basically set your camera up and you just record yourself doing different things in your day, like storing a cup of coffee or like eating or just whatever. And then you pair it with a clever hook on social media and then like a trending audio, and then that’s supposed to be like content, you know? That’s how you make content.

[00:01:53] So I was like, okay, I’ve got a workshop coming up. If you guys haven’t signed up for it, I’m gonna drop the link under here. But anyway, I’m getting off track.

[00:02:28] So I was thinking like, okay, I’m gonna be teaching how to do this content creation machine, but now Sora too has come out. So basically you do this cameo of whatever you want wearing an outfit, your hair, however you want it, and then it records it, and then you put in a prompt.

[00:02:43] So I tested it with my content creation machine that I’m gonna be sharing next week. I was like, well, now with this idea that you’ve given me for content for this week, give me a Sora prompt that I could put into Sora. So I did that. So I took it over. Put it into Sora and it was basically like, you know, Kym Tolson with my cameo.

[00:03:02] You do like this at symbol, and you do the person that says Kym Tolson is, you know, walking down a sunlit boardwalk next to the ocean, enjoying the view, taking it in, sipping a coffee, that kind of thing, there’s seagulls, you know, it gives a very good description that you could just copy and paste in the Sora, and then if you’ve got your cameo recorded, it literally makes these ten second videos that look just like you.

[00:03:25] It’s like those of you that hate content creation, my friend Lisa Lovelace, if you watch this, Lisa Lovelace was just telling me, I hate doing that stuff. This is gonna be the answer. It’s not perfect yet. And it has like a, like a watermark, a Sora watermark on it, like that kind of pops up across the screen.

[00:03:43] So I saw some Reddit threads and people were saying like, how do I get rid of this watermark? It’s ruining the whole thing. So I did research and I found a couple of free websites. One of them’s called, sorrywatermark.com. I think it was what it was called. You go over there, you upload your ten second video and it automatically deletes the watermarks.

[00:04:01] Now, I don’t know exactly if you’re supposed to be able to do that or not, but. You know, if it’s like a copyright violation to remove the watermarks. But anyway, I did it, of course, and then I recorded like, four videos, like a messaging thing that I did in my new GPT social media content creation machine that I’m gonna show you guys how to do on Tuesday.

[00:04:20] I put the prompts in there, it went with it. I did these little like four ten second videos. I removed the watermark and I pasted it together in Canva. And it’s like a social media video, basically promoting my new upcoming workshop. ’cause I just wanted to see what would happen with it. So I’m gonna drop it down below and share it with you all if you want to check it out.

[00:04:38] So that’s one thing I’m doing this week with ai. If you’ve tried Sora, if you’re watching this, pop it down below because I want to see what you’re coming up with and you can see what other people are doing too. And you can even copy their prompts. And then for people that are doing like social media content creation that maybe don’t wanna show their face, it’s perfect for those faceless reels.

[00:04:58] ’cause you can literally type in any prompt and it makes a ten second video about it just has that watermark on it still. So I don’t know. I mean, it’s just the beginning of this stuff, but it’s gonna change social media forever, in my opinion, especially now that it can just totally mimic me.

[00:05:11] I mean, the thing looks just like me, in my opinion. My boyfriend was like, that doesn’t look like you at all. But I think it does. And I’m gonna put it down below so you guys can check it out and see what you think about it.

[00:05:20] Other thing I’ve been thinking about with ai, I put a post in the Run Your private practice with ai, Facebook group, this group last or Tuesday, Monday or Tuesday. Because it’s Q4. So with a lot of my coaching clients, they’re all saying like, okay, you know, this is the time of the year where you’re like, I need to like analyze, like you kind of like you’re wrapping up the year, that sort of thing. Q4, thinking about taxes and systems that kind of thing.

[00:05:48] If you’re thinking about with insurance, Insurance Based providers, this is when you’ve gotta start thinking about everybody’s getting new policies. The whole Medicare telehealth thing that’s going on right now, there’s a ton of stuff going on right now, so. You know, a lot of people, you, I mean, I see it all over.

[00:06:02] People are like, Q4, let’s do our vision boards for next year, and that sort of thing. And I was like, I’m not, I don’t wanna do a vision board. Vision boards are great. Manifesting. I believe in that. I fully believe in that stuff.

[00:06:11] ChatGPT can even help with like manifestation, affirmations, that sort of thing that you can think about and put out there, that sort of thing that I’m not discounting that, but what I would say is use an audit, do an audit on your business, use  ChatGPT to do an audit.

[00:06:25] So I did put a prompt in the group the other day, and I’m just gonna read you the prompt and I’ll put it down below and you can copy it as well. Help me audit my practice by reflecting on what’s working, what’s draining me, and what needs to shift Ask me questions about my systems pricing schedule, niche, niche, however you say it, and mental load, and help me build a 90 day plan that prioritizes sustainability and ease.

[00:06:50] If you have the time and energy and you wanna look at this last year and get prepared for next year, do an audit, a  ChatGPT audit with that prompt that I just gave you.

[00:06:59] Let me know what it comes up with, answer all the questions. The more thorough you are with answering the questions, the better your output’s gonna be. A lot of people just pop those prompts in there and they don’t give enough detail, so it’s not gonna be that detail oriented if you don’t do that.

[00:07:12] So here’s just encouraging you to do that when you put the prompt in. Putting that little piece in all of your prompts to ask me if you have any questions is really helpful. ’cause it’ll like dig deeper, it’ll like get more inside of your business, inside of your head, that sort of thing, to see what your systems are and all of that. So make sure you answer the questions and put that part in the prompt so it gets more in depth and more specific to you.
