[00:00:00] Hey everybody. Happy Wednesday. before I hopped in here, I’m working on a presentation on, september 18th. As the clinical consultant for Berries, occasionally Berries and I in conjunction will do like these webinars for companies that teaches AI topics, that sort of thing. So on the 18th we’re doing one in conjunction with Heard. I don’t know if you guys know about Heard, they’re like, an accounting company. They help therapists with their accounting. Great company.

[00:00:31] Berries is partnering up with Heard and I’m doing a presentation on creating a social media creation GPT, where you create your own custom GPT, which I’m huge on. I think these things are the wave of the future. I’ve got an army myself. I have a hub releasing a second week in October.

[00:00:50] That’s about, I think it’s like 35 GPTs I built out specifically for private practice. It’s like, gonna be a complete game changer. But anyway, one of ’em I created is a social media content creation machine. So what I’m doing with Heard next week, next Thursday, is teaching everybody that comes to that training, how to build their own social media content creation machine.

[00:01:11] And I was just working on the presentation, so I’m like, what’s a better time than to talk about that right here. So anyway, a couple of things that I’m highlighting in the presentation, and one is, why is content creation so overwhelming for therapists?

[00:01:26] First of all, it sucks, right? Who wants to do that? Unless you just love it. I don’t love it being on camera doing, you know, the silly little dances and all that stuff, like, it’s not really that fun to me. It’s taken me a long time to even feel semi comfortable hitting publish with those things.

[00:01:41] That being said, there are a couple things that keep us from doing it really, it’s the pressure to post consistently on Instagram, client emails and updating our websites and all that stuff. There is a ton of just like burnout that happens from trying to keep up with all that, like, oh is my my Psychology Today profile performing like it should? you know, are these Instagram reels I’m doing, even getting me new clients? Like there’s all this stuff that goes with it. So because of that, it’s super hard to be consistent, right? It’s like, I don’t even know this stuff’s working. I don’t have time for this. I’m still trying to see clients run a business, all that stuff.

[00:02:12] Second problem that I put in this webinar is the blank page problem. So basically staring at a screen and having no idea what to write. This happens to me all the time, or at least it did before I created, you know, my own GPT that knows me, my brand voice, my social media content preferences, what I’m selling, how I’m helping people, all that stuff. So before I had that, it was terrible. I would just like make crap up and just put it on there. ’cause I’m like, I don’t even know. I don’t know what to put out. But now at least I’ve got a plan because I use AI to help me do that.

[00:02:43] And then basically because of those two things, it leads to inconsistent posting, inconsistent marketing. So you might get a wave of new clients and then it’s like, okay, I’m not gonna do this anymore.

[00:02:53] Take a little break, and then referrals drop off, and then you’ve gotta do the whole cycle again. So really the key to this stuff is figuring out how to do it quick. Make it meaningful and consistent. So that’s what I’m working on in this presentation and I’m literally teaching anybody that comes how to build a social media content creation GPT for themselves that they can use and just access and do this really quickly.

[00:03:13] But from that, there’s a couple little tips that I wanna give you around how to just spend 15 minutes a day doing this stuff. If you know that you’re listening to this and you’re like, yes, I have to get more consistent, here’s how you can kind of use AI to do it. So go into ChatGPT. You could build out a GPT if you want to.

[00:03:31] You can put in your brand voice and all that stuff. But you could literally go in and say, write me five Instagram post ideas for your niche that speak to a specific client struggle. So I don’t see clients really anymore, but my niche used to be like PTSD and I was an EMDR trained therapist.

[00:03:48] So I would say something like, write me five Instagram post ideas for a client who is trying to overcome childhood trauma that’s causing the problems in their life today around a certain problem or whatever, and that would be the client’s struggle. So I would put something in there like that. It’d say gimme five Instagram, post real ideas for that, and hit enter and ChatGPT I mean, you could literally just do that without training anything, and that’s gonna give you some content. It’s gonna give you raw ideas basically in just a couple of seconds, which is super helpful.

[00:04:17] And then take one idea and tell the AI right after that. It’s gonna give you those ideas. Take and say, this is the prompt. Turn this post into a three slide Instagram carousel post, 150 word email, and a one minute reel script, right? So then you have a full day of content in multiple formats.

[00:04:39] So you’ve gotten the ideas, you took one of the ideas that you liked, you told it to turn it into an Instagram carousel post, an email, and a one minute reel script. So you can use all of that in one week, and then you’ve got your content for the week. It’s super easy.

[00:04:51] And then you can edit it and personalize it, of course. So you don’t have to do this in ai, but you can, of course you can say rewrite this in my tone. So rewrite this as if I’m a supportive, approachable therapist who loves to travel and talk about real life wins and struggles, or something like that, right?

[00:05:07] Cause I’m the traveling therapist or whatever, so I could use a prompt like that. But you as a therapist could say, rewrite this as if I am a supportive therapist that knows the core problem or pain points behind somebody that’s got early childhood trauma, if that’s your specialty, and specializes in EMDR, something like that.

[00:05:26] So you could, you could like niche it down a little bit further and then it’ll rewrite the whole thing for you. It’ll rewrite 150 word email that you told to do, it’ll rewrite the carousel post and it’ll rewrite the real script that you can use and record just like this on your phone. Super easy.

[00:05:41] You can even use, I use something, it’s a teleprompter app, Or cap cut. You can do it in cap cut too. They have a teleprompter app in there, but you can download a teleprompter app. Paste the script into it and record right on your phone just like this, and people can’t even tell you’re reading.

[00:05:54] It’s just the teleprompter that comes up on the screen. You can do that super easy. Then you’ve got the reel, you’ve got all that, and that literally is your content for the week. You know, if you just do that 15 minutes on a Sunday or Monday or whatever, you’ll have it done. Copy the email, go pop it in wherever you send a newsletter or something like that, and you’re finished with it.

[00:06:12] Really, really easy to do. So I hope that helps. And of course you can make it way more sophisticated. And of course, in the clinical AI club, I have a whole module on, you know, social media content creation. I have one on using avatars to help you do it. I have one on Canva Bulk Creation, where you can just pick templates and Canva, give it a hundred ideas, and it’s just gonna bulk create all these different reels for you with like templates that you set up.

[00:06:35] You could do that. There’s tons of ways to do it, but I wanted to give you just this quick, easy, like 15 minute little prompt to get you started, especially with that blank page syndrome. Like, I don’t even know what to say. That quick, easy, prompt will make it so easy for you. It’s gonna give you five ideas and literally from those five ideas, you could do that for five weeks.

[00:06:53] You could take one idea each week, give it that prompt about changes into three types of content. Do it every single weekend. You’ve got it set. You can send it out. It’s pretty easy. Yeah. So let me know what you think about that.

[00:07:06] We have a wait list for my GPT hub, it’s not just GPTs that I built out. If you’re listening, you’re like, I don’t even know what A GPT is. There’s other episodes in the podcast that explain it. GPTs are basically your AI army that you build out to help you run your business, whatever type of business that you’re running. I have spent. I don’t even know how many hours making all these GPTs with very specific functions, and that’s what’s gonna be in this new hub that I’m offering.

[00:07:35] So the clinical AI club is for therapists that wanna learn how to do all the AI stuff, the new AI toolkit that I’m releasing with all these GPTs and these apps that I built out is for the therapist that wants to use AI but has no interest in really learning how to do all the backend AI stuff that I teach in the AI club.

[00:07:53] So this is basically, you log in, you’ve got all the AI tools right there. It’s basically like having a $10,000 private practice coach in your pocket, and you only have to pay like, I think it’s $19.99 a month is what we’re charging for it. So it’s gonna be awesome. The gpt are amazing. I’m super excited.

[00:08:11] It’s gonna be the second week in October that we’re launching it. So if you wanna know more, get on the wait list. I’m gonna put the link under this video. Okay, so if y’all have any questions, let me know about anything I put here. If you’ve got prompts that you’re using for social media already, that’s just giving you killer content, making your life so much easier, share it because people watching and listening really wanna hear that stuff.

[00:08:31] it’s super helpful to figure out how to save time and also up your marketing game. Okay, I’ll talk to you guys later. Bye.
