[00:00:00] Hey everybody. Last tuesday when we do our like monthly implementation session And the clinical AI club, we were talking about one marketing and two just different tools that come up here and there that we can use for different marketing techniques.

[00:00:14] One thing I came across, and if you guys know Uriah Gilford, he is the productive therapist. Uriah, you are listening to this. Thank you for this. ’cause he introduced me to something called Notebook, LLM, which is a Google product. But it’s free. you can go to notebook, LLM and you can put in like a transcript.

[00:00:33] You can put in a link from a website. You can put in a link from a blog post. You can put in your own text, like from chat GPT or something like that. And you basically click a button and it turns it into a super engaging podcast. So it’s got guest hosts and it’s got two people bantering back and forth.

[00:00:50] The whole thing is AI generated, but it’s based on content. So, there’s different ways to use it. One is. If you’re like me and you’re always doing something like you’re trying to like exercise or drive or you know, do something, cook or whatever, clean, and you’re listening to podcasts in the background already, this is a really easy way to just like drop a link in there and have it create a podcast for you out of content that you wanna know more about.

[00:01:15] So that’s one way. But then in the AI club last two weeks ago, we were talking, we were like. About the LLM and I was thinking, okay, I’m gonna take my blog post, I’m gonna drop it into Notebook, LLM, have it, generate this podcast conversation and then you can embed the episode on your website. And I was like, wouldn’t that be cool?

[00:01:36] That’s like another way to consume my blog post. So anyway, I was thinking about that and then. I was like, here’s another idea, another way to do this. What can we do with these podcasts and how can we like generate our own voice on these podcasts? ’cause right now the notebook, LLM is just somebody else’s voice.

[00:01:53] It’s like these two people bantering. You can pick the mood and what type of personality they have. But one of the AI club members actually was like, well, what if I wanted to do it with my own voice? And I was like, you probably could if you went over to 11 labs. And she went over and explored. She was like, let me look in 11 labs. And I was like, okay. So she looked over there and turns out they’ve released like a whole podcast setup, basically. So what 11 Labs is, it’s a way that you can clone your voice.

[00:02:19] There’s tons of other stuff you can do too. I was actually just looking at it before I hopped in here. you could build voice agents and I wanna explore this further. I don’t know if it’s got HIPAA compliance, but for therapists it’s got these agents you can build out that are like receptionists.

[00:02:31] You could put ’em on your website. There’s all kinds of stuff on there. I’m really excited about it actually. But they have a podcast feature and I actually used it quite some time ago for one of my AI podcasts. I think I used to like three or four of them actually. And it sounds really good. You can’t even really tell that it’s not the actual person talking.

[00:02:48] So it got me thinking, how can we use as therapists for marketing? ’cause we’re talking about marketing yesterday in the AI club. Like how do we use AI for better marketing techniques? If we could use 11 labs with our cloned voice and just even like a text output, like just walking your dog or something you’re thinking like, you know.

[00:03:08] ideas you have about certain topics or that sort of thing. How can we use that content, put it into 11 labs, have it spit it out with our cloned voice in just like, you know, a perfect podcast. It, you know, it doesn’t have to be edited, none of that because you’re putting the text in and it’s already the right text.

[00:03:25] You’re not stumbling over words, you’re not forgetting what to say, any of that stuff. So how can we use this for marketing? And I was like, I wanna come up with some super clever ways that therapist. Can use 11 labs, do this quickly, not have to spend a lot of time with it already. Have their voice like podcast ready and use it for marketing their private practices.

[00:03:43] You know, because we talk a lot about side hustles and there’s tons of ways to do it for that. But for a therapist wanting to market, this is like a super innovative concept or way to do this stuff quick and have a unique hook for marketing. ’cause right now it’s like. It’s the same everywhere you look.

[00:03:59] It’s the same content. People are marketing the same way. I’m seeing over and over again, like, I’m not getting any calls on Psychology today. What can I do differently? I just see this constantly. So it got me thinking like, what are some different ways that we could use 11 Labs, our clone voice, and still market our private practices and be unique and innovative?

[00:04:16] So. Here’s some ideas I came up with and I’m just gonna kind of read ’em, ’cause I’ve got ’em bulleted out. ’cause I was like, that would work. That would work. That would work. So I’m giving you you guys these ideas and I wanna know what you think. You know, even if you don’t use 11 labs to clone your voice, you could still use these ideas and put some really quick little podcasts out there.

[00:04:35] So. My first thought was like office hours, like between office hours with your clients, or even people that aren’t your clients yet. You could do like a 10 minute podcast. Like this thing I do here is a 15 minute podcast. We put it up every week on my podcast, and that’s plenty. So The host does short episodes answering maybe like anonymous listener questions related to your specialty. So let’s say you have like five clients that week and there’s like this theme that comes across. Do a little office hours podcast and be like, this is a theme I saw come up this week.

[00:05:05] Everybody was talking about. They’re kids this summer and how are they gonna make sure they get enough activity? Whatever. Whatever your niche is, the thing that’s coming up, do a quick little 10 minute recording, but you could even use 11 labs, right? So you could just like voice dictate your thoughts and deach, you Chacha PT or something.

[00:05:22] Tell it to turn it into a script. Take the script, pop it in 11 labs real quick. Have it clone your voice, put it into a podcast format, upload it to all the major podcast platforms. ’cause there’s a way to do it right inside of 11 Labs. And have this thing just be out there, right out there in the world, attracting people to you, to your niche, to your specialty, showing your expertise.

[00:05:44] But it’s like super quick, easy way to do it. And it’s different. Podcasts are like huge SEO builders for people. So that’s why, I mean, I’ve got two, I’m getting ready to start another one for berries in between sessions with berries. We’re excited about that. But it’s a great, lead magnet really for people.

[00:06:00] So. I was thinking about that. And then a client onboarding series podcast. Right, on your website, like, here’s my podcast for how to get onboarded to my therapy practice. How easy is that? They could just listen to it while they’re like getting ready for work or something like that

[00:06:16] welcome through to your therapy process. Any like, frequently asked questions that you always get, self-care, guidance, telehealth, you know, specifics, like how do I get on the Zoom link or whatever, however you do telehealth with your clients, all of that, you could just. Have Chatt BT create it.

[00:06:32] Like what are the frequently asked questions for somebody onboarding to a new therapist? Put it out, have it, do these scripts, like 10 minute scripts. Give chatt BT the instructions, take it over to 11 labs, drop it in. You’ve got 15 onboarding FAQs. What a cool way to, you know, increase clients wanting to work with you.

[00:06:50] So I thought about that. You could put it right on your website. Like, here’s my onboarding podcast or whatever. Welcome to therapy podcast, something like that. And it’s out there in the world, right? ’cause it’s on Apple, it’s on Spotify. That is an SEO magnet. If somebody’s like therapist, South Carolina, that podcast might come up that might be like, this is super cool.

[00:07:07] They’re gonna listen to like, oh, what kind of therapist is, these are all marketing strategies that you can do using these techniques that I’ve been thinking of. A collaboration series with local experts, right? A local expert podcast. What does that do for you?

[00:07:21] Networking. You’re like, I would love to feature your business on my podcast. Just do an interview with them, like over the phone or something like, you don’t even have to Actually bring them on. You could do an interview. get the transcript from the interview or their questions, pop it in chat ct, tell it to just like, make it interview style or something like that.

[00:07:42] And just have 11 labs say, well, then I asked this question and this is what Soandso said. So you’re featuring people. You could send them a link to it, they could share it other places. It’s, you know, a networking strategy. And again, it’s the SEO, it’s like putting it out there into the world. All of this AI generated, so you don’t really have to do much with it.

[00:08:00] I was thinking of another idea podcast based workshops or journal prompts. Right. So you could, again put it in Chachi bt say, I need like. 20. Journal prompts for my clients that are struggling with this, this, and this, I need you to make a little script around it. Five, 10 minutes long.

[00:08:16] Take that, put it into 11 labs with your cloned voice. Go over and just have it spit out like 15 or 20 of these things. Upload them. You’ve got a lead magnet, right? You’ve got a marketing lead magnet. It’s journal prompts. It’s gonna help them. They’re gonna know your style. They’re gonna know how you work.

[00:08:31] They’re gonna get to know you, and they’re maybe gonna wanna book an appointment with you. So that’s another thought, like just the podcast series. This was another one that you could probably do, like, therapist reacts to, like pop culture type stuff, you know, like in the news this week, whatever the main headline is, like, what’s your therapist take on that.

[00:08:48] Right. You don’t even need to, really think of it just. Program A GPT and chat to T and say, I wanna do a therapist take kind of thing. This is my personality, these are my values, these are my perspectives. Every week I’m gonna drop like a headline or even have chat to t, do the deep research. If we click deep research in chat to T, it’s gonna go out and research the stuff, come back and say, Hey, here’s the top trending headline this week.

[00:09:10] That might be good for a therapist to comment on. Great. Thanks Chad g Bt here. Write me the script. Pop it on 11 labs with your clone voice. Upload the RSS feed to the, the thing that distributes it to all the podcast places you’re done, put on your website, whatever that is a thing that is gonna attract people.

[00:09:28] So those were five things I thought of to help with this. 11 labs clone voice, ways to market your practice and do it in, in an innovative way in podcast format, because podcasts are a huge way that people are consuming content right now. You probably are yourself. So anyway. Those are my thoughts for the week on how to use ai.

[00:09:47] I’m excited about it. I wanna play around with it and try to think of some other ways to use the podcast feature and even that agent, maybe I’ll talk about that next week if I get some time to play around with it. But the agent inside of 11 Labs that you can like embed on your website. It’s like a chat bot basically, that you program in the backend to do sales calls for you or, you know, anything scheduling, like you can talk to it about anything. You can program it to do anything and it’ll do it for you. So I know a lot of us have other income streams. I’m just like kind of blown away by all the possibilities with that too. But I haven’t had enough time to think it through to tell you guys more about it or, or some ideas around it.

[00:10:22] anyway. Let me know what you think. I wanna hear your thoughts. You could do it with a notebook, LLM, but I don’t think you can use your own voice. The notebook LLM is totally free and you could, I mean, you could develop these. Fake AI personalities, even on notebook LLM, and generate all kinds of content the exact same way. It just wouldn’t sound like you and you can have it where they, it’s like two hosts talking back and forth to each other.

[00:10:46] It’s incredible. And you could do that with any piece of content. You can drop blog posts, uRLs, YouTube videos, anything like that. It’ll go analyze the transcripts and it’ll make these podcasts for you. And if you’re putting your own content that in there, it’ll make a podcast for you. It just won’t sound like you on the notebook, LLM as far as I know. I don’t think you could do it that way yet.

[00:11:05] and let me see if we have any Barry’s updates. Barry’s has moved the AI assistant on the outside. It’s, so now it’s across the top of the dashboard. If you’re using berries, the AI system is gonna blow your mind. It used to be like kind of hidden down in the client chart, but now it’s like up top, front and center across the homepage dashboard, so you can use a lot easier up there.

[00:11:25] It’s amazing too. I know I talked about it probably a little bit last week too, but it’s amazing. If you haven’t tried that in Barry yet, go make sure you try that. Alright, we will talk to you guys later. Bye.
