[00:00:00] Hey everybody. there’s so many things I wanna talk to you guys about. So the first thing I want to do is share my screen and tell you about Berries, you guys know I’m the clinical consultant for Berries. And Berries has an amazing referral program. So it’s really cool to be able to see in real time. So if you go share on your Facebook group your Berries affiliate link to all of your, therapist friends and they’re like, oh my gosh, you wanna go sign up too?

[00:01:37] They click it. you look at your dashboard, you can see the click and you can see, oh, I just earned, I think it’s 24 50 or something. So for six months you earn $50 of every subscription fee as long as that person stays signed up.

[00:01:50] So I hope I’m explaining that right. But over six months you’ll earn $300 per person that signs up with varies and then you can like see it accumulating in the new dashboard that they have, which is super cool. So I’m encouraging everyone that listens to this podcast.

[00:03:34] Now the other thing I wanna talk about, this is sort of a mixed episode here because I also wanna talk about Canva.

[00:03:40] If any of you do social media at all, which we all know, social media is becoming more and more important for us to get clients at our practice. If you’ve got side products, you’re selling digital products, courses, anything like that, you’re gonna wanna be using Canva because it’s so affordable, it’s so easy to use.

[00:03:58] But now they have incorporated AI into kva. On April 10th, 2025, they dropped. Tons of new AI tools, which are really blowing my mind and it’s blowing my mind so much that next month inside of the Clinical AI Club, I’m gonna do the whole module. I’m gonna dedicate that whole month’s module to Canva and Canvas ai.

[00:04:23] Last month I did a whole module on avatar, which I believe are the future of marketing for a lot of us using sort of AI generated avatars to help us be everywhere at once. Canva is the other way that we can really step up our social media, step up our marketing game, all of that stuff. Canva is how I do all of my graphics.

[00:04:43] Almost everything I do is through Canva. April 10th, they released the new, I don’t know what you would call it, like, AI relief for Canvas. So I just wanna show you guys, I’m still sharing my screen. If you’re watching this on the podcast. It’s also on my YouTube channel if you’re just listening to this. But if you go into Canva, you’re gonna see this new screen. If you go into the home screen, you’ll see this Canva create uncharted, see what’s coming.

[00:05:07] If you click this, if you haven’t already opted into it, you click onto the see what’s coming button, you click into it, and it’s going to add you essentially into their AI system. There’s all kinds of new ai as you can see right here. Make me an image. You could click on this. This is ai. You could do right my first draft.

[00:05:25] You can resize any design using their ai, and of course you can remove background, so it’s always been an AI feature. But if you come down the home tab over here on Canva, AI and click. Right here, you could see on the left hand side there’s like little stars. Click the Canva AI button and there’s all kinds of amazing things you can do.

[00:05:44] Now. Now I’m just gonna show you guys a couple that I’ve already created, ’cause I’ve been playing with this like crazy ’cause it’s so amazing. right here, they’re, they’re giving you examples of how you could do it. See what you could do with ai. You could write a blog post about, you click that it’s going to.

[00:05:57] Already populate this box up here for you. It’s giving you tons of prompts for this image. Create an image of a plane taking off on a runway with a beautiful sunrise. You can put anything in here you want to at all. I’m gonna show you some that I have done myself. You can use it to create a presentation so you can drop, go into chat, pt, have it create, a topic.

[00:06:19] Say, you know, I want to do a presentational, mindfulness and thematic therapy, or something like that. It’s already generate a presentation for you, especially if you’ve already trained it like we talk about in the clinical AI club. How to train your chat PP to really know you. Go in there, ask it to create this presentation, tell it to put it into slide decks for you.

[00:06:38] Come over here in this Canva ai and literally it’s gonna give you an outline. Slide one, slide two, slide three, slide four for whatever topic you tell it to do. Copy, paste, drop it in this little prompt. The box here that I’m showing you in Canva, ai, and I’ve already done one. Drop the presentations and then basically you’re gonna hit the button just like you would with chat, GPT, the submit your reply.

[00:06:59] And it’s going to create a presentation for you if you’re using that prompt, which is let’s see, what pre, which one did I use? Presentation. You can go design for me. You could even do it right here. If you click the design for me AI button, click presentation right here, and then drop your outline that you just had put into chat, GBT.

[00:07:18] It’s gonna create an amazing presentation for you. One that I had you already, I clicked this, I put this prompt in for this workshop I wanna do, I’m gonna be offering it probably maybe June, July. I put it in here and it basically asked me some questions and it gave me these presentations. Down here you could see these build, build your lifesaving GPT. So in the clinical AI club, I help some people build these really amazing gpt and I’m gonna help everybody do it in a workshop I’m gonna offer. But it created the slide deck for me in about 30 seconds. It’s got everything in here, it’s got pictures for me, it’s got colors chosen.

[00:07:53] It did all of this for me instantly. And then you would use the Canva editor and you can go in and edit this. However you want, but it’s beautifully already put in here. It literally took 30 seconds. I created it in chat. GPT dropped the prompt into the new Canva ai and it made this presentation for me just like that.

[00:08:09] So let me see if I can show you some of the other stuff just briefly. If you don’t do a presentation, you could do social media, you could click that. It’s gonna do all the stuff for you. Just based on the prompt that you put in and chat. GPT writes the prompts for you. This is not something you have to come up with on your own. Like, I don’t even know what to say. You don’t have to because CHATT does it for you.

[00:08:28] You could do design for me social media format, and it’s gonna come up with Facebook cover, Facebook group, Instagram, post, all of that, any kind of social media that you want it to do for you. And then if I come back over here, let me see. Now that I’ve gotten out of it, I wanted to show you guys what I’ve already created.

[00:08:44] Like I told it to, I’ve got a quiz for traveling therapist to be able to travel. I just put the prompt in here ’cause I wanted a graphic to go with my quiz. I said, just make a graphic to go with my quiz. Here’s what my quiz is about. And it made these really cool images already. It put the words in escape therapist burnout.

[00:09:00] It did it all for me already ready to escape. I mean, I think these are good enough to use just as is. And then you could go in and edit them if you want to. That took like 20 seconds to put the words into a design already for me. I did this one. This one was not so great, but this one was they, I don’t even know what the prompt was.

[00:09:20] I was trying to get to do a graphic for me of, with my likeness. I uploaded a picture of myself and it did like a dummy head of Kim Tol. So that one didn’t work very well. What else? There’s some other ones I came up with that, there’s so many in here and I know this is just a little 15 minute podcast episode

[00:09:35] but it’s amazing the stuff you can do with the Canva ai. What’s another one I did? This was another one that I just wanted to like do for the quiz. I put some different prompts in to play around with it, and these are just some more that it came up with. I thought these were really great. I gave no direction around this except for I want a graphic for my quiz.

[00:09:52] Therapist burnout. This is that GPT workshop I’m gonna do therapist burnout is real. Find new freedom, that sort of thing. Look at these graphics. I mean, these are amazing, and it, took no time at all. Whereas before, if you didn’t have like a design eye in Canva, it was really hard to use it unless you had a VA that was using Canva before you.

[00:10:10] And they also came out with Dream Lab, which is down here. You can literally dream anything you want to. You could upload images to give it a good idea. You could tell it the size and format that you wanted to do. So again, I did this for my quiz burned out, ready to escape. You know, find the perfect country to live, work, and travel and recharge as a therapist.

[00:10:28] It came up with this for me. I mean, I don’t know why I put this depressed face. I guess you’re burned out, but it did this for me. Take the quiz. This is an interesting, I think people would click on this and that’s all I did. You download it or you can go into it and you could edit it. You could copy it. You can give image guidance, you can refine it. You could do all of this inside of Canva now. 

[00:10:47] So. Anyway, those are the two things I wanted to share with you today.
