Okay, Just Kidding. Claude Fable 5 Does Not Suck!
A few episodes ago, I said Fable wasn’t all that impressive, but Claude Fable 5 has spent the last few weeks proving me completely wrong. It posted content for me, built a sales page, and ran automations I never had time to get to, mostly without me in the room.
In this episode of Run Your Private Practice with AI, I walk through what I had it handle this month, from a LinkedIn post that went viral before I even read it, to a sales page it built and tested on its own, to email sequences and applications that had been sitting on my to-do list for months.
AI Tips You Don’t Want to Miss:
- How a connector skill let Claude Fable 5 write, grade, and post LinkedIn content through Blotado without any manual posting.
- Building and testing a full sales page, HTML, hosting, and checkout included, starting from a single voice memo.
- Setting up a failed payment email sequence and segmenting it automatically across multiple memberships.
- Turning any completed task into a reusable skill so you can run the same workflow again on command.
- Pulling a resume together from a LinkedIn profile and drafting an application response in one sitting.

[00:00:05] Hey, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of “Brand New Private Practice with AI.” Again, another wild week with AI. So much to tell you guys about. So a few weeks ago, I recorded an episode that was talking about Fable, and one, talking about, like, there was a lot of hype around Fable and Claude, that that was the newest release, and that maybe it was a little bit more of a hype or whatnot.
[00:00:30] So I just wanna say I stand corrected. Fable is crazy amazing. It’s just so good. So, you know, I was like, what do I wanna tell them about that I’ve been using Fable for since I said that last time that it wasn’t all it was cracked up to be? One, I said that because they were, like, saying it was free for, like, three weeks or whatever, and then it was getting ready to expire, like, the next day when I recorded that episode.
[00:00:52] Well, since then they have released– they pushed that date out, so now I think it’s, like, mid-August they’re gonna, like, allow these limits to go. Now, there is a problem with that. One, because if you start a chat in Fable and you really get going with something that’s, that’s super important, once the limits change, it’s probably gonna be more expensive.
[00:01:10] So be mindful of that. But one hack you can do is at the end of every chat, say, you know, “I want you to summarize everything we did today, and I want you to put it into a super helpful prompt so I can copy and paste it later in another chat if I need to.” So that’s a way to kinda save this stuff if, you know, Fable wants it as, like, full price.
[00:01:30] If it’s like, oh my gosh, I can’t even do anything in this chat anymore ’cause it costs so much. I don’t know how much it’s gonna cost, but that’s just kind of like a hack, I guess, that you can, can look into. But anyway, so I was like, I can’t even think of all the amazing things I’ve done with Fable so far.
[00:01:45] So what did I do? I went to Claude and I said, “I need you to analy- analyze everything I’ve done with Fable in the last, like, two weeks so I can summarize it and let people know what I’ve been doing with Fable and give, give them, you know, information about this. Now, a lot of this is on my coaching side.
[00:02:02] This is the, you know, I’ve got 15 income streams. I talk about that all the time, and I use AI to help me do a lot of it. So, none of this is really client-facing, I don’t think. I’ll go through this and let you know for sure. But I just wanna talk about this list and each of these things and just give you ideas, essentially.
[00:02:17] I don’t want you to go do what I did, but just to, give you ideas what Fable can help you with. the biggest thing about Fable is there’s a setting, right, where you can say like, ” Ask me to approve every step of the way,” or you can just turn it off completely and, like, let it just run wild, which is not really recommended, but I do that ’cause I get annoyed, like, every step it’s like approve, and you have to approve.
[00:02:39] And then I go do something else. With my ADD, I’m off doing something else, I forget to approve. It’s like a whole thing. So I put it on like sort of like autopilot, where I just like gave it permission to do stuff for me. Now, this is a funny story I was in the Thera AI Hub Clinical AI Club Mastermind, and I was demonstrating one of the new skills that I created for them, and the skill is called Post Writer.
[00:03:02] And then I created another skill where you can use this thing called Blotado to automate your posting. So you could just say to Claude, like, “Write me a LinkedIn post, now post it for me on LinkedIn through Blotado. So if you have Blotado set up, you could just literally create something in Claude and say, “Go post it for me,” and you don’t have to be involved, especially if you’ve got it on automated settings.
[00:03:25] So I was kind of rushing, you know, ’cause we only have an hour and a half in each of these masterminds, so I was like, one– I was excited, I wanna show everybody everything, so I did the one skill. I said, “Write me a LinkedIn post using the Post Writer,” and then this other skill, which is like a viral LinkedIn writer.
[00:03:40] So it, it did that, and it wrote this post for me, and I kind of like glanced at it real quick. I was like, “Oh, that, that looks good. I don’t even know what it’s saying.” But I wanted to show how to post it through a Blotado, so I was like, “Go ahead and post it.” I forgot to say schedule it on Blotado, so instead it literally just like posted it on my LinkedIn right there in that meeting, and I think we were like probably like 15 minutes into the meeting.
[00:03:59] So we had a whole hour and a half, and I usually go two hours ’cause I’m just like that. I always go over. So two hours later, I said to the members, I was like, “God, I hope that was, that post was okay.” I didn’t even read it, you know, which is not advisable. Don’t do that. Anyway, it posted it over there, and by time, you know, I finished the meeting, I finished up everything I needed to do, I looked at some emails, and then I remembered that I had posted this LinkedIn post on autopilot with Claude.
[00:04:24] Went over there, and it had gone viral pretty much on LinkedIn. So… And it had all these people like commenting on it. There were arguments in the comment section. It was like a contrarian post. the post writer will ask you in the skill I’ve created if you want it to be contrarian or sort of educational or that sort of thing.
[00:04:45] So it was a contrarian post. So I went over and there’s like tons of engagement on this post. It’s essentially gone viral for me on LinkedIn. I don’t have that many followers, but that was viral for me. Like people high up, like the, founder of Open Path Collective, if you guys know what that is, like he’s commenting on this post.
[00:05:01] I was like, “Oh my gosh.” Some of Barry’s competitors were posting on there, which I think is kind of hilarious. Like they want engagement or whatever, but they were posting on there. And just a bunch of other people. So I was like, “Okay, well, First of all, what did it even say?” So I went and like read through what the post even said, and I was like, “Well, I guess that is a pretty good post.
[00:05:19] It’s in my voice. It knows my opinion on AI. It’s contrarian. It’s got a hook in it that kind of like gets people’s attention, and it did its job,” you know? So I automatically posted it over there. But all that to say, Fable did that whole thing. it pulled my skill, my, post writer skill that you guys have in the Thera AI hub if you’re in there.
[00:05:38] the viral post grader, it graded it, and then the viral LinkedIn poster, it used that. And then that connector skill that I taught you guys about in the mastermind, it just went over to Blotado, connected, and scheduled the whole thing for me. So I didn’t have to do anything except for I should have read it before I let it do that, and hopefully you will too.
[00:05:56] But that’s to say with Fable, you actually don’t have to ’cause it’ll do all that for you, especially if you then were to go schedule it and be brave enough to not even worry about reading it. Like literally you could schedule that workflow through a Claude Cowork agent and use all of those skills using Fable that’s super smart, and have it post all that content for you, and you would never even have to look at it.
[00:06:20] So that literally could happen on autopilot using Fable and these skills that I created. And you can create your own skills. I mean, you don’t have to use mine. But that, that’s one thing I wanted to tell you that Fable did, which kinda blew my mind in a scary way, like it just did it on autopilot. And essentially you know, these workflows are replacing teams.
[00:06:38] Like that’s something a VA would do or a business manager, right? It would maybe use my… My business manager would maybe use my AI skill, write it, check it, and go over and post it for me, but I don’t need that in the loop at all, which gives me a lot more space to use my business manager for other things that are more high level than, than something like that, if that makes sense.
[00:07:00] Okay, so the next thing I did using Fable that blew my mind is a sales page for one of my programs that I’m launching. So if you’re in the Thera AI Hub next month, I’m going to do a three-day webinar on how to build a website using AI, which, you know, I’m kinda nervous about, but I’ve done it multiple times and I’ve gotta teach therapists how to do it too.
[00:07:20] But anyway, so I brain dumped on voice, you know, voice recording. I just hit… I use Whisperflow. I hit the voice recording and I just brain dumped into Claude. I was like, “I basically need a sales page for this.” So what did it do, right? It went and you know, pulled all my skills I’ve already got in there.
[00:07:40] It wrote the sales page. It built the sales page out. It put the HTML template. It knows my style already that I like for sales pages. It knows that I use Kartra, so it built it out specific to Kartra, which is a different HTML than maybe you know, using it on a Manus or like a WordPress site or something like that.
[00:07:57] So it built out that specific thing, and then it figured out that Kartra doesn’t allow these interactive web pages, right? So it decided it was gonna go build it out on Netlify for me, which is like a free way to host landing pages essentially. But I’ve been to Netlify. It’s confusing to me. It’s very confusing.
[00:08:17] Claude Fable went over to my Netlify account, opened it up for me ’cause I had it on autopilot again, set up the page in there, put all the permissions in and everything, set it to public. It tested it. It made sure that the buttons worked, that it actually went through to the checkout cart, that it went into Kartra and found my checkout cart and embedded it on this page already.
[00:08:39] I did not do any of this. This whole sales page was set up and ready you know, probably about, I don’t know, maybe 30 minutes, but I wasn’t even involved in it. I was, I mean, I was kinda watching it, but I was not guiding that process at all, and that was all Fable 5, which unbelievable. if you guys, you know, build this kind of thing, sales pages, landing pages, if you’re thinking about digital products, anything like that to help, you know, bring in extra income in your business, Claude can do that whole thing for you.
[00:09:04] You do not need a launch team. Like that process would’ve taken me two weeks before, like counting on my VA to come up with graphics, my business manager to be able to put that stuff up for me, the testing all of it. you don’t need that anymore. You’ve got… I mean, Claude Fable 5 can do it for you totally, so it’s just unbelievable.
[00:09:22] Another thing is, you know, I got an email from somebody that I follow, and she talks about like managing memberships and like some of the pitfalls and that sort of thing. And one of her emails was like “Where’s one of your biggest losses in your membership?” And her email was talking about failed payments, right?
[00:09:37] ‘Cause that, I swear five times a week I lose probably five members because their credit card failed and they didn’t take the time to go and just like update their credit card information. It’s kinda complicated in Kartra, so it’s a little bit of a roadblock. So, you know, her suggestion was you need a email sequence that targets these people to help them be successful with redoing their credit cards, that kind of thing.
[00:10:00] Because I had my business manager analyze it, and it’s like 28% of the losses in our memberships are because of failed payments, which is just really frustrating. It’s not, you know, the content, it’s not that it’s not helpful, it’s like people just can’t find the time to upload a new credit card. So anyway, I brain dumped this into Fable and, Claude Fable, and it basically created the whole sequence for me.
[00:10:23] Went over to a Google Doc, put it into a Google Doc for me, labeled everything, and then shared the permissions to Christina, my business manager, who needs to look at that, and then drafted an email to send Christina to tell her what we had done so I could send Christina the email. Set that whole thing up for me.
[00:10:40] I went back and looked at the emails briefly. Perfectly great emails. It even segmented it out for all three memberships that I run, so Thera AI Hub, Clinical AI Club, and Bill Like a Boss. So it segmented that out and had these failed payment sequences that they could put in there. Now, I didn’t do this for my business, but one of my coaching clients, she has a similar issue.
[00:11:03] She’s like: “You know, I’ve got these sales sequence emails now.” We– I set up a program for her that it will write it for her basically. And she was like: “But I do, I have not had the time to literally copy and paste these into an email nurture sequence funnel in my MailerLite. I just don’t have the time to do it.”
[00:11:19] I was like: “You know what? We’re gonna… I’m gonna show you how to do this with Fable,” and I could’ve done the same thing. Basically, we went to Claude Fable and we just said, ” Dropped. Here’s the email sequence or the link to the Google Doc. Here’s the email sequence. I need you to go into my MailerLite,” which has got an in- MCP connector in Claude, ” and I want you to set up an email nurture sequence.”
[00:11:40] Claude Fable came right back and said basically it was like: “Okay, do you want it to be, like, how often do you want it to come? Like once a week?” That kind of thing. So it was like: “What’s the, the cadence? Once a week you want it delivered. Who’s the audience? What group am I tagging in this?” Like, it did the whole thing for you.
[00:11:56] And then we were like: “Yep.” So we gave it all those details, and it took every one of those emails and went over to MailerLite. It set up an email sequence funnel for her with the right group. It did the whole thing, and then literally the next morning in my inbox, I had an email from her from that nurture sequence we set up.
[00:12:12] So something that she could not find the time to do, Claude now does it for her. So the next step in that sequence, you know, for somebody that’s using Claude and Fable, would be to say, “Now turn this into a reoccurring skill for me.” So she can come back anytime she wants to do any kind of email sequence now for her list.
[00:12:29] She can basically just call that skill that already knows she’s in MailerLite, it knows her brand voice, it knows what type of emails to write and all of that, and it will do that on autopilot for her so she is not gonna have that roadblock in her business anymore, which is amazing to me.
[00:12:42] What else did I have it do? I’ve got about 100 things here, but I just wanna tell you guys some of the big ones. I had it set up a reoccurring weekly podcast script generator that I’ll be able to use whenever I want to based on everything that I talked about inside of Claude or that I did inside of Claude that week.
[00:12:59] So similar to this list I’m giving you here now, it is now pulling like all the content that I did during the last week and pulling it together in a podcast episode where I can just read the script and tell you guys exactly, you know, what I did that, that week, but also apply it to something that would be interesting or compare it to some statistics in my newsletter I sent out.
[00:13:21] So it’s like super smart. It’s pulling from a bunch of different sources and turning it into a podcast episode for me. Not this one. This one I’m just doing off the cuff, but I’m gonna be using that a lot from here on out. What else did it do? My August webinar, webinar content done. I told it the three like days what I wanted it to do, that I made these skills for each day, what I wanted the outcome to be, and that I needed it set up in a Google Doc that I could deliver to the people that sign up for the webinar, ’cause it’s, it’s free to TheraAI Hub members, but if you wanna buy it separately, I’ll put the link down below if you guys want to get access to that.
[00:13:56] By the time this comes out it might be a replay, but you could still get access to it. It’s a three-day workshop. Anyway, I gave it the whole brain dump, and it set up a Google Doc for each day, a place to put the replay, all the information that we needed in there, and then I said I needed slides for each day based on what I talked about.
[00:14:13] So it did that too. It generated three days’ worth of slide decks. Now, Claude kinda sucks at slide decks in my opinion, so I then said, “You know, I just want you… Scratch that. Nix that. I don’t wanna use those. Give me the slides, the text that goes on the slides.” And then I just took it over and put it into Manus and had Manus build out some really nice slides that went with the presentation.
[00:14:32] But it’s all organized in my Google Drive to be able to deliver to the members or the people that are gonna join for that program next month oh, the other thing. Okay. And I’m gonna stop after this ’cause there are a lot of things, but this is the other thing. So I was like, there’s this thing called APA Labs that I’ve been eyeing that I wanted to become a member of.
[00:14:49] So it’s like an expert I don’t know. It’s like an expert container for experts in AI and technology that are also therapists to be able to get connected to opportunities and educational events and that sort of thing. But it requires an application, and for some reason, I was really dragging my feet with that.
[00:15:06] One, it wanted a resume, which I haven’t written a resume in like 25 years or something, right? And it needed me to like answer some questions like why am I qualified for this program? Why do I think I’d be a good fit and all of that. But I, I mean, I just kept avoiding it really. I had a lot of stuff going on, but I really was just sort of putting it off.
[00:15:23] So I brain dumped again to Claude Fable 5, and I said, “Here’s where everything… Like LinkedIn has basically got my resume over there. You know, I just need to pull all that in, extract it out of LinkedIn, turn it into a resume. Here’s the email from the woman. This is her name. This is what she sent.
[00:15:39] This is all the information she needs. Basically, I want you to go pull all this stuff and answer all her questions, generate an email response, and attach my created resume to the email draft, and then you know, I wanna review it so I can send it out to her.” it literally did all of that for me, which I cannot even believe.
[00:15:59] It generated a doc that you know, had my re- my new resume based on my LinkedIn profile, which is pretty up to date. It knew to make the resume relevant to her emails that she had sent me in my inbox, so what the program was. It went out and researched what, what the program was and why I was a good candidate.
[00:16:17] It answered all the questions. It put it all together in a pretty little draft for me and everything Done. I went over, I reviewed the resume, reviewed the answers, the email draft that it put together to her, and put it all in an email and sent it to her, and that was done. Something I’d been dragging my feet with for a long time.
[00:16:34] I think March was when I first reached out to them to learn more about the program. So I finally got that done, and I’m glad to say I, it was accepted. So I’ll be part of the APA Labs, I’ll probably tell you more about that down the road, ’cause I’m really excited about that actually.
[00:16:47] They’re like cutting-edge technology, APA American Psychological Association, and just like really into like the innovative things that AI is doing for people in the helping field right now. So I’m super excited about that. Basically, there’s a lot more. ManyChat automations. I don’t know if you guys use ManyChat, but it’s a pain.
[00:17:07] It’s a little bit of a pain. ManyChat is like, you know, when you’re on Instagram and you say like comment keyword, and then you comment a keyword, and then you get a link delivered in your direct messages, and then it like follows up. Like there’s automations you can set up. Huge pain in the butt. So I told Fable 5 that I needed it to go out and research like popular ManyChat automations that people swear by.
[00:17:28] And then I wanted it to go into my ManyChat and set these up for me, and it literally logged into my Many… Well, it makes you log in, but it literally opened up. It said log in. I logged in, and it set up some ManyChat automations that are a l- way more complicated than what I would do. Usually, I would just say like, “Comment your keyword,” and then one little paragraph, and then here’s your thing that you’re asking for.
[00:17:52] But this is like, two weeks follow-up, see how they’re doing, see if they downloaded it, send it again. So it really set up this whole thing that I would never have, have had time to do before. So I thought that was really cool. Anyway, That’s what I’ve been doing with, Fable 5. So three episodes ago, I guess, I said it wasn’t that great.
[00:18:09] It’s that great. It’s probably gonna be expensive when this free trial wears off or whatever. But anyway, I just wanna tell you guys about Fable 5. And then amidst all of this, and I need to come back and do another episode about that, ChatGPT released a huge update. I think it’s 5.6, but it’s not– it, I mean, it’s way more than that.
[00:18:29] It’s like Thera, Luna, and Sol are the tiers now, and they are basically synonymous with like Sonnet, Opus, and Fable, and Claude. They’ve got agents in there that you can drop skills into, and these agents can like run your skills for you. I haven’t even had enough time to play with it, so I’ll probably do a whole ‘nother episode on that.
[00:18:51] Yeah. So, You know, you can compare the cost of these things. So if you’ve got a skills, right? I talk about skills a lot. If you have skills created that you’re giving Claude, so any of this that I just talked about, right? after Claude does it, you could say, “Turn it into a skill.”
[00:19:03] So it’ll go through and basically it’s an SOP, like a standard operating procedure. So anytime now I wanna build a ManyChat automation, I could just tag that skill and Claude already knows what that skill is and what we did with it before. But you can download the skill and you can take it over to ChatGPT and you can upload it over there to, their Luna level or their Sol level or whatever is the equivalent to Fable over there and make an agent over there that does the same thing, which is just really cool.
[00:19:30] So anyway, that’s all I’ve got to say about that today. I hope you found this helpful. If you’re using Fable 5, I wanna hear what you’re building out, so send me an email at info@kimtolson.com. I wanna hear what you’re doing with it in like the therapy business, the coaching world, that kind of thing. Anyway, talk to you guys later. Bye-bye.
